WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
1. For defective products, support the return of items within 15 days of arrival.
2. For non-defective products, if the goods do not violate the return and exchange standards, the buyer can return them within 15 days.
3.For Short Shipment
a.Buyer has to submit complain for short shipment no later than 3 days after product is received
b.Buyer has to provide photo of the package when received in sealed condition to verify whether it is courier mistake or not.
c.After verified, our store will provide the final decision.
d.If short shipment indeed happens then our store will refund.
4.Items must be unworn and unwashed.
5.Items must have all tags attached.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1. For defect product
a. Buyer shall cover the shipping fee of defect product first and our store will check the defect product.
b. Our store will give money according to product price and the shipping fee paid by buyer before. Buyers need to provide shipping bill to customer service.
c. The money will be given to the original payment account after Our store receives the defect product and shipping bill.
2. For non-defective products.
Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. After we receive the item and check whether it complies with the return policy, We will return the price of the purchased items to the original payment account.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
